This resort was initially planned to cover a surface area of 700,000 m² and contain 750 homes. These homes have been delivered, and all services are fully operational and are currently being enjoyed by the residents. The success and popularity of this project led Polaris World to expand it by an additional 885,000 m², offering more homes, greater services, and more green areas for parks, sports and leisure.

The apartment architecture was designed by prestigious architect Melvin Villarroel, the authentic master behind the conception and execution of the “void” concept in architecture: a comprehensive design that allows him to very skilfully combine open spaces (light, air, plants, water) with architecture. Terraces of over 20 m2 become small private gardens. The interior and exterior lines become diluted, with all the aforementioned elements coming together at the same point.

It will be an 18-hole, par 68 golf course with ample tees and highly compensated, where the recovery holes will benefit everyone’s scorecards.
